Courtney Fernandez
Courtney Fernandez was born and raised in Miami, where her connection to music and education began at an early age. She was an MCC chorister in elementary school and continued singing in choirs throughout school and into adulthood. Her professional background spans science and music education, program management, and organizational operations, with a focus on building strong programs that support students and educators.
Courtney returned to MCC in 2026 as General Manager, bringing her professional experience back to an organization that was part of her early musical journey. Her connection to MCC gives her a personal understanding of the lasting impact choral music can have on young people. She is proud to support the next generation of choristers as they build confidence, community, and a lifelong love of music.
